Appero web-app food design
Appero is a digital menu solution that enables restaurant customers to scan a QR Code to access the restaurant's entire menu and places orders in just a few seconds directly from their smartphones. This solution help streamline payment and ordering process, improving the convenience and customer’s satisfaction compared to traditional menu.
During 3 school weeks, our team of an UX Researcher and 3 UX Designers collaborated with Appero to enhance the interactive experience of the Appero digital menu.

The client's request is to conduct the product’s analysis in the purpose of enhancing the interaction design and elevating the user-friendliness and accessibility for all the touch point across the entire digital menu.
